Content Design Cohort: we are live (seats available now)

It's been a really long wait.

I'm more excited about this than when I was 7 waiting for Sinterklaas.

(Dutch Santa-kind-of-guy that give presents to kids)

The Content Design Cohort is happening next Tuesday.

And we're open for business.

I've put all the details in a neat document for you.

But if you give me 2 min of your time, I'll spill the beans here.

It starts with 4 weeks where our goal is to put together these 3 components:

1. ICP and LinkedIn setup

Content only works when it’s aimed at the right people. We’ll get clear on your Ideal Client Profile and rebuild your profile so it speaks directly to them. Your profile should do the heavy lifting before you ever send a message.

2. Positioning and clarity

Engagement is useless if it points to something fuzzy. I’ll walk you through the positioning frameworks I use so your message lands and your offer is obvious to the right audience. You apply the frameworks to what you already sell.

3. Content creation and design

Design is the multiplier. I’ll show you how I plan, write, and design posts and carousels that stop the scroll and build authority. I’ll even share Figma templates from my own content for you to work with.

And I'm doing something I've never done before.

The same way that bears hibernate.

I've saved over €3,000 in assets from 1:1 clients.

So we can eat through the winter and get fat together.

This includes:

  1. My Content Design library (160 visuals) that lead to 86k followers and 10 million views annually
  2. The DM scripts my clients use to sell out 4-figure offers
  3. We'll stop here because I want you to check out the doc ;)

You can hit reply with "BEAR" before I change my mind.

And put these assets away.

You'll be the only cohort who gets access to this bear feast.

(Please don't tell my 1:1 clients)

Pinky promise: there might be a €500+ 1-one-1 call included for the first 3 replies.

Who knew Sinterklaas would show up in January.

Hope to see you inside.

Let's start 2026 strong AF.

Cheers,

Nick

If you're like me, you're impulsive by nature. But when doubt creeps in? Then you lose your decisiveness. You see an opportunity – like a sales email or some kind of offer that looks like a no-brainer. And then you just freeze. You let the opportunity die. You wonder where that impulsiveness has gone. For me that was a $6k mastermind hosted by Greg Eisenberg in Florida. 50 like-minded people. One big Airbnb. 3 days. Been following the guy for years. But I just froze. I didn't act. Maybe it...

This isn't the first cohort email I've sent you. So let me skip the pitch. Here's what I know about you: You're posting. You're showing up. You're putting in the work. But somewhere along the way something got lost. The people who engage aren't the people who buy. Your profile looks fine but doesn't feel or looks like you. Your content performs okay but doesn't perform well. And you're starting to wonder if this is just how it works, or if you're missing something obvious. The trap most...

In 2018, we sold our agency for a bargain. It was a fair deal, but man it could’ve been much better. You see, we founded our agency while still in college. I was 23. My co-founder was only 18. And we knew absolutely nothing about: Positioning to target the right people Building visibility around our business Attracting clients vs. desperately chasing them It resulted in low goodwill when we received the offer. After that, I took a long break and worked on a few interim and freelance projects....
