i got sent out of class every day

Most people think I'm naturally consistent.

The hell I am.

Focus and discipline have been a lifelong fight.

In primary school I got sent out of class almost daily. I never listened. I drew imaginary cities in my notebook, or I distracted the kid next to me.

I never flunked. I just did the bare minimum to pass.

That didn't magically change. I got my bachelor at 29 (Yikes).

If you're wired like me, you know the cycle: hard to start, and once you start, hard to stop.

It's exhausting. So I stopped fighting it and made things easier for myself instead.

I listen to podcasts and watch videos instead of grinding through books.

I model what already works instead of forcing myself to be original.

I pay for coaching and products instead of reinventing the wheel.

When I make things simple, I get hyper-productive.

It was never easy. I just made it easier for me.

Here's what people like us get wrong:

You think your problem is motivation. Or discipline.

Most of the time, it's friction. Too many steps. Too much thinking. Too much guessing what to post and why.

A lot of you are exactly like me. You've got "it" in you. You just need the thing to be simpler.

So I built what I wish I'd had years ago. A cohort designed to strip the friction out of:

Fixing your positioning, so you finally know who you're for.

Writing content that pulls in buyers, not peers.

Closing in the DMs and on calls, without the ick.

Because when you remove friction, consistency stops being a willpower problem. It just happens.

Even for someone who got sent out of class every day. Even if you're short on time, not "naturally creative," or you've got a graveyard of courses you never finished.

Simplicity removes friction. Friction kills consistency. That's the whole game.

And since friction is the enemy, I just killed one more: there's now a payment plan. Two installments, no extra charges.

Doors close Thursday at 3pm CET. 7 of 10 seats left, and the price climbs as they go. This is the last round in this format (becoming a dad again in July).

All the details here.

Cheers,

Nick
