If you're like me, you're impulsive by nature. But when doubt creeps in? Then you lose your decisiveness. You see an opportunity – like a sales email or some kind of offer that looks like a no-brainer. And then you just freeze. You let the opportunity die. You wonder where that impulsiveness has gone. For me that was a $6k mastermind hosted by Greg Eisenberg in Florida. 50 like-minded people. One big Airbnb. 3 days. Been following the guy for years. But I just froze. I didn't act. Maybe it was the distance that made me doubt about enrolling. Maybe I just made up an excuse it wouldn't be worth it. But I honestly regret not deciding to do it. It would've been life-changing for me: To tap into his brain, get access to his frameworks, and connect with other entrepreneurs. Now, if you're also like me, you dislike crowds. And traveling is nice unless it's for work. You'd rather stay with your family, or the comfort of your office or home. It's why I'm doing my cohort online. I keep it small and private. So far, 9 people will join tomorrow. 9 people with the same pains, frustrations, and goals. 9 people who are determined to change what they don't like about their situation. Or people who simply want a better way to grow than dropping €3k/month on 1:1 coaching. The good news is that for €2k, you'll get access to all my 1:1 resources. And my 1:1 clients are friggin killing it. I literally got this update from my client today ↓ Bonus: you'll even get access to my community that I'm launching soon (€1k p/y). Lifetime access included for January cohort members (and more:) I'm going to wrap it up here. This will be my final January cohort email. We've got around 1.5 hrs (10 PM CET) left until enrollment closes. There won't be another Content Design Cohort in 2 months. If you want to get in, here's your shot. Everything you need to know is in here. I'd be stoked to have you in. Over and out, Nick |

This isn't the first cohort email I've sent you. So let me skip the pitch. Here's what I know about you: You're posting. You're showing up. You're putting in the work. But somewhere along the way something got lost. The people who engage aren't the people who buy. Your profile looks fine but doesn't feel or looks like you. Your content performs okay but doesn't perform well. And you're starting to wonder if this is just how it works, or if you're missing something obvious. The trap most...
In 2018, we sold our agency for a bargain. It was a fair deal, but man it could’ve been much better. You see, we founded our agency while still in college. I was 23. My co-founder was only 18. And we knew absolutely nothing about: Positioning to target the right people Building visibility around our business Attracting clients vs. desperately chasing them It resulted in low goodwill when we received the offer. After that, I took a long break and worked on a few interim and freelance projects....
Last week I had a 59-minute call with a friend who coaches the biggest founder brands on LinkedIn. (Think heavyweights like Adam Robinson, Sam Jacobs, Gal Ala) Every once in a while we jump on a call and geek out about LinkedIn. We talked about 3 things: what’s happening to the feed what will work in 2026 why AI is quietly making people worse at writing Here are my predictions and takeaways from that conversation. 1. The "human-written" renaissance AI has a huge negative impact on LinkedIn....
